Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
This present Cr. Misc. Application seeks regular bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.234 of 2022 lodged under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application had been earlier rejected vide order dated 22.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. 62878 of 2022. In the said case, liberty was granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge in this case.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23823 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 Counsel submits that charge has been framed in this case which is Annexure-3 series.
Learned counsel for the State also submits that as per the observation, charge has been framed in this case. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.X, Madhubani in S.T.No.54 of 2023 in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.234 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
