In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 4863 of 2016, Tr. No.2114 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the petitioners got executed a sale deed of the land of the complainant. Considering the fact that it is a civil dispute, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21305 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 4863 of 2016, Tr. No.2114 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
