ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 27.1.2014 but on condition that an affidavit would be filed that he is not an accused in any other case. Since he was accused in one other case, he could not file such an affidavit and hence, fresh application for anticipatory bail has been preferred. Considering that this is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the petitioner is directed to appear before the court below which shall consider the fact that the petitioner was not fit to be released on anticipatory bail by this Court and pass appropriate orders. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
