That this is an application for issuance of direction/commanding the Respondent to remove the Encroachment from Public Well situated on Gairmajarua Aam land bearing Khata No. 6, Khesra No. 1798 Area-8 Decimal which has been encroached by local persons who are not removing the encroachment from the above

In spite of clear finding of the Circle Officer, Bettiah, West Champaran as well as redressal order passed by Public Grievance Cell, Bettiah and also by District Redressal Forum, Bettiah, West Champaran."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Bettiah, District-West Champaran/ the Circle Officer, Bettiah, District-West Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
