The petitioners, namely, Chhotu Pandey and Anand Kumar @ Anant Kumar Pandey, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were not apprehended on the spot. On being apprehended one Suraj Kumar, who had opened the lock of a motorcycle with an intention to commit theft, disclosed the name of the petitioners. The petitioners are minor boys, aged about 13 and 16 years, and they have got no criminal antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be

No.40943 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Gaya Rail P.S.
