ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 427, 323, 324, 379, 308, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners being the father and sons are the covillagers of the informant. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire prosecution case is false and there is no eye-witness to the occurrence. It is submitted that petitioners have been implicated due to dirty local politics and all Sections except Sections 308 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code are bailable.
