The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No.41 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 151, 152, 109, 186, 283, 442, 337, 338, 323, 307, 353, 332, 333, 427, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated accused persons, namely, Shankar Das and Barun Das have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73751 of 2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 26.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73751 of 2019, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32834 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 application is also allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhankund P.S.
