In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of an order, whereby the petitioner was stopped from working as Lecturer in the Department of Psychology. In this case, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent/ Magadh University and in paragraph-4, a categorical stand has been taken that the validity of

Since the validity of service of the petitioner is pending before the Commission, constituted in the light of the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court, the Court is of the opinion that at the moment, no positive order can be passed in the writ petition.
