JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(I) Issue a writ, order, direction or any other appropriate writ declaring that the actions of the respondents in demolishing the portion of the buildings exist on the schedule property bearing Khata No.-354, Khesra No- 944, Area-0.90 Decimal situated at Mauza-Rampur Bakhra,

II. Issue a writ, order ог direction, directing the respondents to restore the portions of the buildings demolished by them to its original position prior to the demolition.

III. Issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to pay compensation for the damage caused to the petitioners in a sum of Rs. 25.00 Lakhs."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to prosecute the title suit bearing T.S. No. 62 of 2017, pending before the learned court of Sub-Judge, I, Hajipur, Vaishali. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
