JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for modification of order dated 18.03.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38582 of 2009, whereby the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in a prosecution registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code with certain conditions. Admittedly, the petitioners have taken advantage of the aforesaid order dated 18.3.2010 granting them anticipatory bail by this Court, but now, after six years without any valid justification, they want modification in the said order imposing certain conditions therein. The pleas taken on behalf of the petitioners for modification of aforesaid order are completely misconceived and untenable.

The present application is devoid of merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
