The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 882 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One co-accused namely Ram Bali Rai, has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15332 of 2020 for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 23.11.2020. Considering the same, this application for anticipatory

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 882 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
