1. This Court called the report of the sole appellant, namely, Butta Yadav, son of Karu Yadav, resident of Village- Gewal Bigha from the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya.

2. Accordingly, this Court has received the report from Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya on 21.10.2024, which disclose that the appellant, namely, Butta Yadav died on 23.05.2022 and Xerox copy of the death certificate was enclosed along with the report. Therefore, the appeal against the appellant, namely, Butta Yadav shall stand abated.

3. In view of the abovesaid discussion, the criminal appeal is closed as abated.
