The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24210 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 background of land dispute between them. It is further submitted that no specific overt act has been attributed in against the petitioners and the allegation levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 189 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
