2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Pathkhauli P.S. Case No.41 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that unknown miscreants have snatched Rs.1,04,950/- on gun point from the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was apprehended in this case from Harsiddhi P.S. Case No. 429 of 2024 wherein he has given his confessional statement. Save and except confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that no recovery has been made; no TIP was conducted. Learned

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. Learned APP has further submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 17 cases.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial; shall remain physically present on each and every date in the learned trial court, whenever required; one of the bailor shall be near relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall also mark his weekly attendance at Harsiddhi P.S. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned J.M.- 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Pathkhauli P.S. Case No.41 of 2024.
