The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barauni P.S. case No. 360 of 2018 registered under Section 287, 304, 34 of the IPC.

In sum and substance the informant made allegation that his son died due to electrocution on account of the fact that his son fell in a mud where electric wire was lying. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a Lineman and he has been made accused only on the presumption that Lineman must have committed negligence and did not repair the wire on account of which wire from the pole broken and fell down on the earth in which son of the informant was dropped and died.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. case No. 360 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
