Despite service of notice, opposite party no. 2 has not chosen to appear before this Court to contest the matter. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the peculiar nature of the case and the circumstances as stated in paragraph-9 of the petition that the opposite party no-2- Informant has solemnized marriage with one Ramayan Chaudhary, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

No.41114 of 2014 (6) dt.06-10-2015 order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
