ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Informant and learned counsel for the State.

It appears that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are minors are apprehending their arrest in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, let the case of the petitioner nos.2 and 3 be placed before the Juvenile Justice Board, who shall consider their cases forthwith in accordance with law and till disposal of their application, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner nos. 2 and 3. So far as petitioner no. 3 is concerned, it appears that no specific overt act has been attributed to her with regard to Marpit and the allegation against her is general and omnibus in nature.

No.52461 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 Considering the fact that the petitioner no.1 is lady and she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner no. 1 namely, Sunita Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
