The petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.03.2015. In pursuance of the order aforesaid the petitioner is paying Rs. 750/- per month to his wife. It is submitted that vide order dated 20.08.2013 passed in Maintenance Case No. 327 of 2013 a compromise has arrived between the husband and the wife. Both the husband and the wife are ready to abide by the terms and conditions incorporated in the order dated 20.08.2013.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the wife submits that let the compromise be made on same conditions. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.41177 of 2014 (4) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 husband and the wife have compromised the maintenance case vide Annexure-2 on 20.08.2013, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner above named vide order dated 20.03.2015 is hereby confirmed and both the parties are directed to obey the terms and conditions of the order dated 20.08.2013 passed in Maintenance Case No. 327 of 2013.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
