Petitioners are the father, brother, mother, sister of Shambhu Kumar, who is said to have visited the house of his would be wife on 12.05.2015, set her ablaze after poring kerosene oil on her body in her room. Report about the occurrence has been made on 17.06.2015 without giving any explanation for the delay in lodging the First Information Report.

Let petitioners, named above, who are the relatives of Shambhu Kumar, surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40218 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 89/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
