2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 314 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown persons looted one motorcycle, one mobile and Rs. 7,000/- from the informant.

4. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation. Looted motorcycle has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner who is in jail since 22.11.2024. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
