The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to the filing of the present compliant petition, the petitioner filed a Sanha stating that he may be implicated at the hands of the complainant. He further submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegations made and that the recovery of money can be made in a civil proceeding, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest / surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27016 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 P2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,1st, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
