The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Ajay Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26069 of 2017 (3) dt.25-07-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
