The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 37 of 2020 dated 23.02.2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and is in custody since 24.02.2020.

Mr. Singh, learned Senior Advocate has submitted that there is a vague and general allegation against the petitioner. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
