JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 The learned Senior counsel seeks to withdraw the present petition, however seeks a direction upon the trial court to expedite the trial.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also having regard to the report dated 19.06.2019 submitted by the learned court of 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the said court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from today, inasmuch as only three witnesses are left for examination. It is directed accordingly.

Let it be recorded that the aforesaid trial required to be expedited, is in connection with Mahua PS case no. 239 of 2017 arising out of Sessions trial no. 204 of 2018.
