The petitioner apprehends arrest in relation to a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the fact that the petitioner is the wife of younger brother of the informant as also to the fact that it was a domestic fight in the house which went out of hand. Be that as it may, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31188 of 2016 (3) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
