JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2017 The order dated 1.8.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15926 of 2012, violation of which has been complained of in this contempt application, appears to have been substantially complied with, after having gone through the show cause reply filed on behalf of the Director, Secondary Education, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, by issuing an order dated 17th March, 2017. Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has, however, raised certain issues in relation to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2592 of 2015 (9) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 petitioner's legal rights, which has not been duly considered by the Director, Secondary Education, in correctness of the said order. This Court cannot look into such aspect of the matter in a contempt proceeding. The petitioner will free to challenge the said order, as he may be advised.

This application stands dismissed.
