JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-09-2016 Heard Sri Praful Chandra Thakur, learned counsel, who was assisted by Smt.Prem Sheela Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Three petitioners, who are named as accused with specific accusation in Chhatapur P.S. Case No.80/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there was case and counter case in between the parties. He submits that prior to lodging of the present F.I.R., from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34629 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 2/2 the petitioners side, an F.I.R. was also lodged against the informant side, which was registered as Chhatapur P.S.Case No.79/2016. He further submits that most of the injuries were considered as simple in nature. On the aforesaid ground, a prayer has been made to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have also perused the materials on record. After going through the same, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The petition stands dismissed.
