The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 390 of 2018 dated 18.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30, 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail.

Should such an application be filed on behalf of the petitioner, the court below shall not be prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been
