The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 523 of 2013 for the offences registered under Sections 363, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Notices were issued to the opposite party no. 2 in the present case which has since been validly served but she has failed to appear before this court even after sufficient lapse of time.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has not abused the process of interim protection granted to him earlier, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date

No.19940 of 2014 (8) dt.20-06-2016 of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 523 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
