The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
There is recovery of 120 litres of toddy from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 14.02.2019.
