ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2019 in connection with Spl. Case No.8863 of 2018, arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No.656 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner though 7.500 litres of illicit liquor were alleged to have been recovered. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
