The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the sister of the informant was married to the petitioner about 10 years ago. He used to physically and mentally torture the informant's sister for getting a motorcycle. Regular threats were given. Thereafter, his sister disappeared. The informant apprehends that she has been killed for non-fulfillment of the demand of a motorcycle. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason that he happens to be the husband of the

It is further submitted that the witnesses in course of investigation have consistently stated that the sister of the informant had gone to her parent's /informant's place and from there she had proceeded somewhere along with her two children. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. He undertakes to cooperate in the trial. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case specially the material that has transpired in course of investigation and charge sheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case no. 311 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
