2. The present application has been preferred: for a direction to the respondent authorities to get the land belonging to the petitioners demarcated for which the petitioners are prepared to pay the requisite amount as per the existing rate of the government.

3. The details of the land stands recorded in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6772 of 2025(4) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 prayer itself and the petitioner only wants the respondents to demarcate the land for which requisite fee shall be paid.

4. On notice, respondent nos. 4 and 5 have appeared and the submission on their behalf is that they have no objection to the said demarcation.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, Patna in next four weeks along with petition/ order/ requisite fee who shall look into the matter and after noticing all the relevant parties including the respondent present here, shall ensure measurement/ demarcation of the land in question.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
