The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018, registered under Sections 302 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that marriage of sister of the informant was performed before 12-13 years with Manish Kumar @ Bikki and out of the wedlock, sister of the informant was blessed with one son aged about 6 years and one daughter aged about 3 years. After marriage, while relation between sister of informant and her husband, Manish Kumar, was good but later on, sister of informant was being tortured through various modes by her husband and inlaws. On 13.08.2018, informant received information to take her sister then in the next morning, informant went to Sasural of his

On query, informant came to know that his sister has been killed by her husband and in-laws by administering poison. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, sister of the informant. Further submission is that statement of son and daughter of the deceased are detailed in paragaraph 74 and 75 of the case diary, in which, both have stated about quarreling only between their mother and father and both have not disclosed the name of petitioner. Moreover, husband of the deceased is in custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
