This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.8.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 30649 of 2015.

The Petitioner was granted bail by this Court by order dated 12.8.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 30649 of 2015 in which due to inadvertence, one of the conditions was imposed to the effect that he would be required to file an affidavit stating that he is not an accused in any other case, whereas, it was specifically mentioned at para-3 of the main petition that he was an accused in one other case.

In view of the aforesaid, let condition (ii) of the order dated 12.8.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 30649 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50511 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 2015, be ignored.

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Barhampura P.S. Case No. 263 of 2014.
