2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 109, 292, 324(3), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 12.12.2024 at 2.30 AM, some unknown miscreant was knocking the door of informant and when informant did not open the door, it is alleged that they (accused) started firing and also damaged motorcycle of informant. Thereafter, police came and apprehended co-accused Ayush Raj on the spot, whereas this petitioner is alleged to have fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion and confessional statement of co-accused Ayush Raj, who was arrested on spot.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that this petitioner was identified in the CCTV footage and has got two criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
