Earlier, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10641 of 2013 taking note of the materials came against him in course of investigation but again this anticipatory bail petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on the ground that police after investigation, submitted final form in respect of two co-accused persons and out of the aforesaid two coaccused persons, one co-accused Godailawa @ Godaila Singh has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. I do not find any new ground to re-consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32866 of 2016 (3) dt.21-09-2016 2/2 for anticipatory bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S.Case No. 32 of 2006, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra is again rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
