The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and he is in custody since 01.08.2018.
Considering the fact that the petitioner and the informant are the husband and wife, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M. Kumar, Judicial
