2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 289 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing a dacoity and looting a vehicle. He is in jail since 03.01.2024.

4. During investigation materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner has been caught on a looted vehicle.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28407 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
