The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, son of the informant went missing on 13.04.2017. Informant suspects that this petitioner and co-accused Anjali Sinha are responsible for missing of his son.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is married lady and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner and only suspicion has been raised against her and as such, no case under Section 365 is made out against her. Petitioner has got clean

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S.
