JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Salaiya P. S. Case No. 48 of 2018 disclosing offences under Section 498A of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Case is under Section 498A of IPC. On appearance of the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Reconciliation Center. The report of the mediator is available at Flag "R" that shows the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, in terms of settlement mutually agreed between them.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22581 of 2019(6) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 that the matter has been settled between the parties in the mediation. Now she is residing with the petitioner. In view of the facts, as stated above, let petitioner appear before the learned court below along with the opposite party no.2 by 07.01.2020 and the learned court below will verify the above submission that the compromise has been reached between the parties. Once being satisfied with the submission as well as marital relationship of the parties, he will confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 10.04.2019.
