The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 13.4.2022, whereby name of the court is wrongly typed as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran" instead of "Additional Sessions Judge,II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran".

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the Court has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran instead of "Additional Sessions Judge, II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran".

In view of the submission above, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26338 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 allowed. The order dated 13.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54187 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before learned Additional Sessions Judge,II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Saran in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 322 of 2020, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
