2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite direction of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, the FIR has not been registered.

3. In the given facts of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may either bring it to the notice of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.697 of 2023(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna for taking appropriate steps in the matter or he may seek his remedy by filing an appropriate application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this writ application is disposed of.
