ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7of the E.C. Act.

Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn as he had been taken in custody in connection with the another case. However, till date, the petitioner has not been remanded in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the chargesheeted co-accused Adalat Gond has since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 29917 of 2015 vide order dated 04.08.2015.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner's case stands similarly situated, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26964 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 P2/2 petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
