The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.20 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that about 5 litres of Indian made foreign liquor of different brands is said to have been recovered from the cattle shed of the petitioner situated in open space. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent but it appears from the contents of the F.I.R. that the police got information about the fact that the petitioner had kept liquor in the cattle shed of his house and on such, the raid was conducted. The cattle shed situated by the side of the house of petitioner was searched and more than 5 litres of Indian made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22186 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 foreign liquor of different brands was recovered. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
