The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The husband and wife have compromised the case. The learned counsel for the wife stated the same facts that the compromise is arrived at between the husband and wife. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt
