1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case no. 13 of 2023 registered under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught red handed with some of the stolen articles of the plant/factory.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case under some misunderstanding. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. The petitioner is in custody since 5.1.2023 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner having remained in custody for 4 months since 5.1.2023 and investigation in the case having been concluded with submission of the chargesheet, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case no. 13 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
