3. It is pointed out by learned APP that in furtherance of written information qua alleged occurrence as pressed by petitioner, Andhrathadhi police has already registered FIR as Andhrathadhi P.S. Case No.70 of 2025 dated 13.05.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28497 of 2025(4) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 189(2), 324, 329 and 351 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'B.N.S.').

4. In view of aforesaid submission of learned APP, the present quashing petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, same stands disposed of.

5. The presence of I.O. is dispensed with.

6. In view of aforesaid, pending petition (I.A. No.1 of 2025) also stands disposed of.
