2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Risiyap P.S. Case No. 179/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The dispute has taken place after an accident. Ravi Ram was stabbed by Abhay Ram. Petitioner No. 1 and the petitioner No. 2 are ladies and petitioner No. 3 is not the assailant of the victim.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks for today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Risiyap P.S. Case No. 179/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
