09-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.04.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6470 of 2018 for extension of period of surrender. By the said order, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail for six months with direction to furnish bail-bond within twelve weeks from the date of order and the provisional bail of the petitioner was to be confirmed by the learned court below with certain conditions. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the petitioner could not surrender within time due to suffering from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21 of 2019(3) dt.09-08-2021 2/2 Jaundice. This fact has been stated in paragraph - 6 of the petition.

In view of reasons stated in paragraph - 6 of the petition, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bonds before the court below.
